Do I need email marketing software to use this sequence?
No, you don’t need email marketing software to send your Business Metamorphosis® email marketing sequence.
Your everyday email software, (e.g., Outlook or Gmail), will work perfectly fine, (don’t forget to use the ‘BCC’ function if you are sending the email to more than one client at a time).
If you do have email marketing software, (such as MailChimp, Active Campaign, Campaign Monitor, Mailerlite, or any other software), you will have the benefit of:
- Being able to automatically add client names to emails
- Being able to schedule all of your emails in advance via a designated ‘list’.
- Providing your clients a simple and fuss-free way to unsubscribe from this sequence, if they don’t wish to hear about Business Metamorphosis® at this time.
- Being able to track who, and how many, of your clients are opening and reading the emails.
Can you set-up email marketing software for me?
We absolutely can! We have partnerships with several different Email Marketing software providers, and can talk to you about your requirements to ensure you have the right product for your needs. Simply reach out to us via the form at the bottom of the page.
What do I need to do?
This sequence is designed to be a simple ‘copy and paste’ exercise.
All you need to do is copy the copy from the word document provided for each week into your email software.
If you like, you can add one of the email header images provided in your weekly pack, but you don’t need to. (It’s up to you whether to use the header with the dark overlay, or white overlay).
If you are already actively undertaking email marketing, you may wish to design your email in your brand colours, and with your own imagery.
You will notice that there are comments in each document, either prompting you to add a link, or – if you have used a unique name for your Business Metamorphosis® service – reminding you to update the copy accordingly.
Note: if you don’t have a system set up for clients to book an appointment, you can either send readers to a form on your website to ‘request a consult’, or link to email. If you don’t have either of these options, simply change the wording to “hit reply” or “call us now” – the option is all yours.
