See what’s included
Three decisions that give advisory a shared direction.
Use the session to agree what your firm will offer, who will deliver it and where to begin.
What are we offering?
- Which clients we can help
- What support they need
- How we scope and price the work
Who will deliver it?
- Who takes responsibility
- What the team needs to practise
- Where guidance and support are needed
Where do we start?
- What needs attention first
- What the firm can realistically take on
- How to introduce changes in stages
Without shared decisions, questions keep returning to the same people and advisory remains difficult to deliver consistently.
Talk with Lynda about where advisory needs attention in your firm.
“Lynda helped us shift our mindset, gave us structure, and reminded us that it’s not about having all the answers, it’s about guiding and educating.”

A clearer direction for the whole leadership team.
“We knew we wanted to do more in the advisory space, but as partners we were already at capacity. Our biggest challenge was getting our leadership team on board and seeing a clear path forward. That’s exactly what Lynda delivered in our Advisory Strategy Session.
The session created clarity and confidence, not just for us, but for our managers. Suddenly, advisory didn’t feel overwhelming or out of reach. It felt doable, scalable, and tailored to the way we work at ATB.
With Lynda’s guidance, we could all see how to build advisory solutions that would fit uniquely into our firm, our team, and most importantly, serve our clients better. We’re excited to make this happen.”

Arrange your Advisory Strategy Session
If the paid Advisory Strategy Session is the right fit, agree who should attend, the format and a suitable time.
This books your introductory conversation with Lynda. Your Advisory Strategy Session is arranged separately.
Questions before you book.
We already provide advisory. What would this session add?
Your firm is likely already creating advisory value through the judgement, insight and relationships your people bring. The session helps your leadership team examine what is needed to make strategic business improvement advisory a consistent service more of the team can deliver.
That means looking at how the firm defines and supports the service, how advisers deliver it, and how clients understand and engage with it. You agree where the gaps are and what needs attention first.
Do we need to know what our advisory service will look like before booking?
You do not need a finished model. The session helps your leadership team agree what strategic business improvement advisory should look like in your firm, which clients it could support and what needs to be in place to deliver it well.
The starting point is your firm as it operates today. You bring your experience of your clients and team. Lynda helps you work through the decisions needed to move forward.
Our partners are already at capacity. How will this help?
When advisory relies on a few senior people, both client work and decisions about developing the service keep returning to them.
The session helps identify what sits behind that reliance. Your firm may need clearer scope and responsibilities, a shared process, or more practice and support for the team. Those priorities inform a 90-day action plan that accounts for existing commitments.
Building capability takes time and leadership involvement. The session helps you decide where to focus that effort so more of the team can contribute.
Who should attend the Advisory Strategy Session?
The session includes up to five participants. Involve the people who can agree the direction for advisory and create the conditions for the team to deliver it.
That may include partners, directors and managers responsible for the service, team development or implementation. The Discover Call is an opportunity to discuss with Lynda who should attend.
What happens after the session?
You leave with agreed priorities and a tailored 90-day action plan. A follow-up call within 21 days gives you an opportunity to review progress, work through questions and discuss what needs attention.
Where further support is appropriate, Business Metamorphosis™ Advisor Training and ongoing support help the team develop the shared language, process, judgement and confidence to deliver advisory. This includes practising the Five Steps to Better Advisory and supporting the firm to introduce the work in stages.
The next step follows the needs identified in your session.
